The only shoujo merch I have is from the Rose of Versailles range Uniqlo had at one point, I got a couple of shirts and pic related is my fav.

Uniqlo often have good, cheap merch that's a bit more subtle than most anime clothes. I also liked their Shounen Jump range, I got a couple of HxH shirts and a Gintama shirt.

UNIQLO!! Currently they have a ribon mascot shojo line (if your from eu it should be on sale), i bought 3 of the shirts of that line and its probably the only chance ill have in my country to ever get ribon mascot goods. The colors are really beautiful, the merch lines do come kinda boxy and oversized but i would really recommend them.
