What are Moovie Nights?
Moovie Nights are events taking place in our dedicated moovie room: https://cytu.be/r/moovieroom. These include movies, themed videos, and livestreams that we all enjoy together.

What is Tunesday?
Tunesdays are days when we listen to music together, often according to a theme. They are held on Tuesdays, but you are free to hop in whenever and organize your own! Everyone is allowed to add music to the playlist. The host will alternate by who added what so everyone gets a chance to listen to their picks.

Where?
We have a dedicated room for Moovie Nights here:
https://cytu.be/r/moovieroom

When?
Anytime! Tunesdays are typically on Tuesdays and we have no "set" schedule beyond that. If you want to see a calendar of events that nonnies have already planned to host, you can check it out here and subscribe anonymously: https://moovieroom.github.io/host-helper

TONIGHT

TROPICÁLIA TUNESDAY
> Tropicália, also known as tropicalismo, was a Brazilian art movement that arose in the late 1960s. It was characterized by the amalgamation of Brazilian genres—notably the union of the popular and the avant-garde, as well as the melding of Brazilian tradition and foreign traditions and styles. Modern takes on the genre also welcome!

Come draw together with anons! Nobody else in? Leave a doodle before you go! Everyone welcomed, artfags or not. Drawings of board-tan highly appreciated.

>How it works

Every doodle board has a theme to encourage creativity. There are currently 4 main boards that are cycled through, and when the current board is nearly full a poll will be posted for users to vote on the next theme. Polls stay up for about 2-3 days, and they are your sign that the board will be cleared soon. A picture of the completed board and the new theme name will be posted. Occasional reminders will be posted with the link and theme of the current board. Miss the previous theme? That's alright! Just go to the previous board and add your doodle. Make sure to post it to the thread when you're done.

If you have any theme requests, please post them! We always appreciate new theme suggestions. Themes are merely a suggestion, you can draw whatever you like on the board but please keep in mind that we have a shitpost/no theme board.

Aside from the main board(s), there may also be multiple active side boards at any given time. These side boards have themes such as coloring book, vent/horror, shitposting/no theme, etc.

If you make a new layer and then leave the board you may not be able to access that layer again due to restrictions put on the boards to protect against raids and defacing. In this case, feel free to ask in this thread for your layer back and an admin will assist you.

In general, please do not be afraid to ask for help with anything. Admins cannot be active 24/7 but we will try to help you work out any issues as soon as possible.

You've got both serious and non-serious full of scrote characters in military/war settings, I don't get the complaint. Meanwhile military anime with female leads and mostly female cast is limited to GUP, Haifuri, KanColle, Azure Lane, Strike Witches, Upotte, Sengoku Collection, Sora no Woto, Kotobuki, Izetta, Toji, and a couple mecha like AKB, WfM. Maybe throw in Bee Train's girls with guns too if you're desperate.

I don't want kids or a husband but can't stand the thought of being alone my whole life. Sometimes I think it'd be nice to be a step-mom to someone else's kids, like some guy who's wife isn't in the picture anymore. But that seems unrealistic and risky, and the man would probably suck and that's why the wife left him. Something recently really made me think though, having a family doesn't guarantee company. A marriage/relationship might, but there's this older couple I've been hanging out with who have kids in their 40's now and I think they see them about as often as I see them, and they don't have grandchildren either. But they seem very happy with their lives, and they're really friendly with their neighbour's and have a decent social circle. I used to have this weird idea that having kids means a person will never be lonely or alone, and that might be true for about 20 years. But then the kids grow up and go off to live their own lives, sometimes they even move away. Part of me thinks I'll be okay living alone for the rest of my life if I can still have friends and family to visit and quell the loneliness, I'll still have nieces and nephews, cousins, neighbors, friends. It's hard to picture right now because I still live at home, so I'm never really alone. But when I cat sit for my sister I'm completely alone for days, just me and her aloof kitty. And sometimes it's really painful but other times I'm content with my own company. I think it's the not knowing that scares me, and the potential for irreparable regret. I'm terrified of choosing a certain path and living to regret it, I don't want to get to 45 and regret not having kids. And I don't want to have kids and realize motherhood is not for me. I love kids, but the desire to have my own is just not there. But what if that changes when it's too late, what if the only reason I don't want kids is because I'm an anxious depressed NEET who still lives at home? I think in a perfect world, if things were good and people were decent and money wasn't an issue I would like to have a family. But that's not realistic, and nothings guaranteed.

Does the decision matter right now? From the sounds of it you have no long term oartner, don't live on your own, have no financial means to support a kid and poor mental health. I'd gain independence first (a good idea regardless of whether you end up getting kids or not), you can worry about your choice once you have your housing situation, financials and mental health stable and in order. Try not to worry about things you can't do/decide about right now anyway.

I just had a job interview and I think I won't get the job. I did my best but I don't think it was enough for them. The lady doing the interview said that they will get back to me next week because they still have another interview in a few days. I tried to call my dad to vent a little which was a big mistake because he just guilt tripped me and told me that I wasn't prepared enough for their questions. It's all I ever going to get from him. I don't know why I'm still trying to call my parents or get any comfort from them or understanding because it's not going to happen. I have another interview next week and I already feel scared. Also I just read >>2512868 and now I'm crying and laughing at the same time. I hope you will stop farting soon, anon.

Checked her account out and I found it weird that most of her drawings only had ~700 likes. Then I saw that these are her most popular posts. She probably gained the biggest chunk of followers from these, relatable or meme slop is the real shortcut. I had one silly doodle blow up to 30k likes overnight and it got me like 4k new followers (which made me feel weird because they couldn't have been interested in my actual art but whatever). But she's also had the account since 2019 which means it took her 6 years to get to around 20k followers. Nothing to get salty or jealous over imo

Did you actually notice an increase of likes on your art post from all those new followers that came from a shitpost? My follower influx periods are usually around 50 to 200 new followers in total, and this rarely happens since I flop so much. And my increase in likes doesn’t seem very different to me, maybe like 3 or 5 more likes than usual…so a total of 30 likes kek.
It pains me when a big artist says they’re sad their stuff doesn’t get any engagement anymore, and I check their media and their posts still get an average of over 100-200 likes….i can’t even reach 50-60 likes on a good day

General Conspiracy Thread.

Do you have somewhat schizophrenic beliefs that worry your friends and family? Tired of getting red-texted for "tinfoiling" about recent events around the globe? If so, you've come to the right place.

Discussions surrounding government cover-ups, entertainment industry secrets, odd predictions, political intrigues, etc., are all welcome here.

Please follow all /ot/ board rules. Don't start petty infights, and remember to report bait instead of responding.

That’s a good question, maybe people they try to debank. The reason I said that is because radfems still believe that men can be saved with proper socialization, which is the more palatable pill as opposed to the biological argument, which men are categorically against. Also more broadly most leftist movements get subverted from within.

I would argue that women with nigels that call themselves radfem or those who trust in "proper male socialisation" are in fact not radfems at all, as much as they insist on calling themselves that. Opening that debate here would be unrelated to tinfoil matters so I'll just say that I agree overall that socialising males is useless and futile. Any specific leftist group in mind?
