Dylan James Mulvaney was a mediocre actor and performer in musical theater from an insanely rich family who transitioned from gay (twink) to non-binary in 2021 so that he could wear girly clothes and get attention after his bit part in the Book of Mormon ended. (The show shut down because of COVID-19 lockdowns.) In 2022, as the pandemic continued, he decided to come out as a trans "girl" to maintain a constant flow of praise for his needy narc ego. He seemed (i.e., was marketed) to blow up overnight after beginning a series called "Days of Girlhood" on TikTok, where he showcases himself as a sexist caricature of a 1950s-1960s woman. This series went on to win him 10 million followers, famous collaborators, endless free stuff, gratis FFS with Caitlyn Jenner's surgeon, and marketing opportunities. After 222 days of being a “girl,” Dylan got to go visit Grandpa Joe Biden in the White House and talk about how trans lives matter; for some reason the transgoons that be thought this obvious troll was the right guy for the job. In December 2022, Dylan got some bad facial feminization surgery. I don't think he's sick of getting clocked at all, he wants you to know he's male and he wants to look physically male. He wants to be the ultimate twinky femboy who is sooo pretty he's even prettier than those gross real women, so he can prove he's better than them and steal their straight bfs/husbands. That's why all his plastic surgery is on the face only. You have to refer to him as she and call him a girl as validation that he's successful in beating women, but he doesn't actually think he's female on any level.

First clue is that his fucking name is Dylan and he's never had any intention of changing it. I'm pretty sure the only thing that could make him change his name would be to avoid/distract from a scandal. Second clue is that he's so public about being mtf, his brand is "being a man acting like a female", it's not just "acting female" (Nikki tutorials would be an example of that). Then there are a million other things like how he likes to focus on his penis bulge, that he can't use tampons, that he "used to be" gay etc. Dylan wants you to know he's male but be unable to say it out loud.

Not all drag queens use the silicone breasts like the shop teacher guy. As I just said, a lot of guys just use face tape or tuck tape to squeeze their pecs together for "cleavage", no false breasts or moobs required. As a theater fag, it's a technique Dylan would certainly be aware of.

I don’t get why his moobs are still being debated. He clearly grew tiny lumps a little while into his days of troonhood. He’s taking estrogen, he just has no body fat so it's not going to end up on his chest. His diet consists of pure sugar and simple carbs but he has a skinny moid metabolism and the most masculine build ever. Pic rel from his insta stories, disgusting.

If he has then why is he doing it so wrong on camera, giving bad medical advice/promotion to kids online while pretending that is how he usually takes it? Something just isn't adding up. Like other anon mentioned >>1979905 he IS an experienced theatre guy, he would know how to fake the look. He's also likely anorexic/has an ED and doesn't want to gain weight. And he's gay and clearly loves looking like a (gay) male.

One option is that he has been taking estrogen pills and it just had 0.01% effect on him, but was now paid a ton to promote injection hrt and that's why he did it. That's illegal unless he states it's a promo tho. It's also possible he started taking pills, realize there was some moobage going on and that made him quit because he didn't want to actually feminize. He's 2 fucking years in isn't he? There's no reason for him to not have had a boob job by now if he actually wanted to look like a woman. He got his entire fucking face done so he's not afraid of surgery, he has all the time and money in the world too.

My personal theory is he knows he won't always be trans and that he wants/plans to go back to being a regular guy some day in the future so he wants his body to not get too damaged. Tho I think he'll claim non-binary to go back and say he just felt the femme side more stongly for a few years, and now feels a bit more masc… and he'll just be male presenting forever from then on and no one can question it.
