i've met her personally a few times. she's a person who feels a bit abrasive (you know the feeling of hanging out with someone who is seemingly having very self-monitored responses and conversations?), but she's never been unkind to me. definitely out there. if i'm honest, i love what she has to say, but hates how she tries to get the message out.
