I really don't know why Sakurai wanted to make Uesaka a lolita representative, but Lolita fashion is ruined because all the businesses are Yakuza-owned thanks to Uesaka.

Well there used to be a magazine called Koakuma Ageha that featured Kyabakura hostesses. When hostesses showed up in Ageha issues, their pimps tried to have power over Ageha. Kantou Rengou(Roppongi gangs) tried to "help out" by introducing models, but sadly gangs are gangs and they ended up threatening editors and Ageha discontiued.
