Is it just me or is it extremely unappetizing to leave the shells on the shrimp? Nothing that happened to me in this exact manner, but doctors, at least those who have experience in dealing with the condition, do actually at least notice and get a bit concerned if you lose 4 lb from one appointment to the other. It depends on what the story around it looks like, though. But if you tell them that you were stressed out, started a new job, moved, your routine and eating schedule got switched up, they usually put together one and one and advise you to take care and try to eat more, epecially if you come from a place of anorexia classified as extreme like Aly. They do not, however, immediately put you inpatient, of course, if you're not a severe case anymore which has been constantly losing and/or is very underweight. But, yes, 4 lb can matter if you have an ED. I would not pay any attention to 4 lbs if your relationship with food and exercise is healthy, of course, which is what Aly claimed before her "relapse".

The nutritionist is part of the ED service. On NHS you pay through taxes (nhs n that) but treatment isn't forever. You get 25 sessions at the ED clinic nearest where I live.
Psychiatrists tale a SHITLOAD of holidays, so that's similar to what Aly's experiencing. She pays though so fuck it, I'd go see a better one.

She then wrote sth like "Are you afraid of me?" (because I didn't allow her to follow me).
I was like "Bro, I was sexually abused as a 7 years old child. SURE I AM afraid of a childish 20 years old whose self-esteemis built by Instagram likes and comments!"
(I didn't wrote this literally but I meant it. I guess she didn't understand bc she is not the most clever person I talked to. But I told her about my childhood experiences.)
When she knew about my childhood she showed fake understanding. What surprised me: after that, she never ever shared such story. A sign for me that I was right.
A bit later, not long ago, I commented again and she started attacking me and also others again.
She blocked me (that's why I'm here. Just to not miss her posts. But I didn't wrote till now).
All in all it's easy to understand why she lost 99 % of her friends. When I remember right, she has her boyfriend and this one girl she calls her sister by heart?
She is absolutely vile and vain and she constantly needs attention. But not in a narcissistic way. She ONLY wants positive attention. She wants to be seen as somebody great.
Also, when we chatted, what I noticed, she likes to belittle others to make herself seem bigger.
She thinks she is kind of a God bc she was anorexic once and now works 8 h. It's not like every normal person does that.
She still puts herself into the anorexic and sick place. She wants people to remember how severely underweighed she was. Once. But then wants to be praised and vowed for her progresses that are no progresses any longer.
You can't tell me that a cookie is a HUGE FEAR when she eats McDonald's and junk every other day.
