valid. The reason why Caster is subject to regulation is because they can be classified as male. They have MALE anatomy that gives them an edge. We have male and female sports for these differences. Females lack testes so they develop differently than men.
It's very dishonest IMO that so many articles overlook this fact:

If this were a white 'woman' with male characteristics, people would feel the same. Women are put in a separate category because they lack testes and the hormonal advantages that males have developmentally. To ignore this would mean we need to abolish men and women's competitions and have everything be co-ed.
It sucks for Caster but sports have rules. Castor's inclusion would be unfair for women's sports. Sometimes the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. They can still compete as a male, along with the other competitors who have experienced male development. Or they can abide by the rules set for the women's division.
