Do you have an annoying granola aunt/coworker/friend that screeches at the sight of anything that could touch her precious crotch goblins?

Do you cringe when you hear big pharma/bleach for autism/“essential oils”?

Annoying MLM people in your life?

Girl in high school that got pregnant and now is insane?

>MY 24 WEEKER
Lmao, you know this Karen is going to be one of those parents who calls their child "24 months" instead if just saying that they're two years old. Scary how these emotional tweaks will be in charge of another human. We need parenting licenses.

I have to deal with so many karens at work and it fucking kills me. They rage every time they come into store over shit that I don't control. They try to use expired coupons, which obviously don't work, and then scream about it because that's unfair. The have loyalty cards, but don't like the terms and conditions and yell about it every time they come into store. I had one karen come in the other day to make a complaint about me, because I didn't take the value of her points off of total (it doesn't work like that and has never worked like that) so obviously my manager was like yeah no she didn't do anything wrong. That's not how it works. AND SHE WAS FURIOUS. She did the whole 'what happened to the customer is always right?' 'well whats the point in having a loyalty card. it's a scam!!' And then made some bs up about how I was rude to her, obviously because I wasn't getting in trouble for not taking the points off. In the end, my manager gave her a cash refund of £15 (the value of her points) and also got to keep her points. I was pissed, because now she is going to expect that every time she comes in. It isn't even possible for me to minus the total of her fucking points. Karens always get their way as well. I hate it.

I wish some managers actually had balls and would threaten to call law enforcement if someone's had the rules explained to them but they still won't leave.

I don't understand why corp bends over backwards for the psychotic entitled people that come in. Like, they're still going to come back no matter how hard they tardrage that they aren't because their coupon didn't work or whatever. All it does is make sure people who work at the store have an even harder job and make employee turnover even higher (which is more money lost than telling some dumbfuck soccer mom her coupon doesn't work and to get over it).

I love how people keep pushing the "6 week heartbeat" myth. The fetal heartbeat is not a real heartbeat. They don't even have a heart yet
And in what world does a heartbeat have to do with anything. I get why some people argue about abortion post development of cognitive funtion and pain, but a heartbeat is literally just a bunch of cells pushing blood. It isn't special, it isn't something that makes us human. We let people pull the plug on comatose patients who are brain dead despite the heartbeat afterall

OP picture is insane. Not knowing capitals and placing countries on a map at 13? Little weird but whatever, there are lazy and stupid kids everywhere. Not knowing the alphabet, months and days of the week at 13? That sounds like literal actual retardation and that woman home-schools him? And visibly without any extern help?

What group is this from?

A Karen I have personally known for my entire life. 23, has two kids, is a "life changer" at a MLM company and a part time Victoria's Secret cashier. Both dads are out of the picture, and she regularly dumps the older kid on her elderly grandmother for months at a time because the younger one is her favorite. Posts in detail about every illness or bump she or her kids get on FB, ebegs, and regularly uploads 50+ selfie albums of her posing with her miserable-looking toddler (the one she actually keeps with her.) And posts things like this, naturally.

OT but I always thought saying their child's age by months rather than age was stupid af, until I recently learned it's because it's to keep track of development milestones.

Using weeks is standard in pregnancy and when talking about fetuses though, it's not crazy mom talk in this context.

And a bit more OT I know it's annoying if you don't know jack shit/just don't give a fuck about babies but "x months old" is a lot more informative than using years because they develop so fast and you know that by this and that month they should know how to do this and that, using years is too vague. I personally try to use months only when I'm talking to other moms though.

Context. Many parents who do that, and most esp this Karen using "weeker," aren't saying it because they're super invested in each week of fetal development. They're saying it to evoke an emotional reaction out of people.

literally no one who isnt related to your child cares how many months they are and about developmental milestones, it just sounds annoying and pretentious tbh.

I actually really love the name Karen and it was top of my baby name list so this whole thing kinda depresses me, at least I still have Karen Gillan tho.

but yeah. I love me some MLM/antivaxx content. the same mothers going "every 2-week embryo has the same rights as an adult human" also going "fuck you, I'll let my unvaccinated kids give your immunocompromised kids a deadly disease if I want to".

omg one of my friends wife is an obsessive mommy blogger and is doing this pyramid scheme thing, but she’s otherwise a nice person. it’s just all day long on facebook….posts about what the toddler said or is currently doing, hundreds of pictures of the kid each with long winded paragraphs about how motherhood is the meaning of life and theres nothing harder or better than being a parent, the kid is the most special ray of sunshine ever, oh and buy some essential oils and hair vitamins. she’ll post a video of the kid literally just sitting there fumbling around, and then write something about how shes so smart and brave or whatever. I have lots of mom friends but none of them have gone full retard like this.

in one way it's shit that legalisation = a licence for capitlism to print more money

but legalisation is the only sane way and the fact that it will make a ton of "legit" coin for capitalists is probably the reason we'll get it. so it has to be done. personally am hoping for a movement in favour of a "fair trade" model being popularised
