It's honestly not to hard to find a daki for cheap, you just have to look in areas that don't advertise them as such.
My pillow; I found for $20 advertised on the Walmart website as a nursing pillow and it's extremely high quality and plush, not super flat like most cheaper advertised dakis. Same daki dimensions and everything too.
The case, what's on it is pic attached, got it for $35. I know other cases might be way more expensive, but $55 total is not too bad.
A good gift for yourself during the holidays or your birthday can justify it lol.

I impulse bought one at an anime con of my "waifu" but it helps my neck and back when I sleep soooo much. And when I'm just hanging out I lay my head on her stomach area and its like having a close bff. The actual pillow ended up not being long enough so her feet are tied at the end but I kinda prefer this smaller size. I also handwash and air dry the case and the colors still look great, I opted for the more expensive and vibrant fabric option and its worth it imo. The lewd side isnt too graphic or nude at all which is definitely preferable to me.

But I keep it hidden under my comforter lmao, like they do at hotels with pillows. My bed looks nice because of that.

I don't see how a pillow could replace the feelings of companionship or human touch. If you have to be in quarantine alone for a long time or if you're just lonely, take a warm bath or fill up a long sock with rice or lentils and tie/sew it at the end, microwave it for a minute, and drape it across your shoulders to trick your mind into feeling hugged. I forget where I've read it, but gentle heat that isn't your own body heat helps you feel less lonely.

I own a couple of covers. I just really like life-sized illustrations in general, I own some life sized wall scrolls of anime characters as well. If the pillow itself is high quality they really do help with sleep, I've never had any sleeping problems since I got one. No, if you want a boyfriend a pillow isn't going to fill that void.

I have one of my otome game husbando. Having it around makes me feel safe when I go to sleep at night because I’m a lonely mf. Helps with my anxiety. It was really fucking expensive though, since I had to import the filling and the cover from Japan. I’m planning on getting more and making a fort lol. Makes my bed very cozy, like a cocoon.
