Is it wrong to be homophobic? I was assaulted by a gay boy when i was in 6th grade, the assault resulted in nerve damage in my teeth and i have pain in my teeth when i go grocery shopping because the store is so cold. I was assaulted by another gay boy in high school. My foster dad recently came out as trans and "she" was very abusive. I've never had a positive experience with a member of the lgbt. Is the lgbt a terrorist organization?(USER HAS BEEN PUT OUT TO PASTURE)

I know that for example some men with same-sex sexual abuse in their childhood will go on to be quite anti-gay. Hard to blame someone when there's trauma involved. That trauma needs addressing though.

The most traumatising things to happen to me were always at the hands of straight men and I'm nervous of men in general now. Don't hate them but I'm a nervous wreck

I'd say:
Be aware that certain stereotypes are true, but also that people have free will and even if most are, not all gay men are like that.
Or something.

Gay kids get bullied in school, sometimes they take that out on others by bullying even weaker kids than themselves.

My childhood bullies were bitter girls from broken homes, I don't have a deep hatred for little girls or people with divorced parents now lol
