If you know anyone who has made a SIZEABLE contribution to her gofundme, they CAN take her to court WITHIN THE USA over this misrepresentation and misappropriation of funds, BUT it is going to be damn fruitless and the courts wont do a damn thing unless the donation was well in the thousands of dollars. If you ladies like, I can write a script to send to the gofundme admins for us to send, at least. A good idea would be to compile a folder of 'evidence' against her, showing the REAL pictures of her cosplaying at the expo she went to 2 weeks after her 'husband' died, we will have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she is taking advantage of the death of her 'husband' for financial gain. Plenty would blindly close it, but it wouldn't take too long (live audiences who insta-click would be best but fb, twitter, etc all potentially viable) to put a quick message in front of hundreds, possibly thousands, of her followers.

Nicole was incredibly passive-aggressive and cruel towards a girl I know back when she still lived in Vancouver (around 2011 or 2012 or so I believe) and this girl, who has a history of body issues and was hospitalized for an eating disorder back in high school, eventually relapsed hard enough that she is suffering violent full-blown Anorexia again.
I'm not saying that Nicole caused her to have an eating disorder, that would be both stupid and ignorant, but she definitely bullied the hell out of this girl and ground salt into an already-open wound. I don't blame her for "giving my friend anorexia" but she absolutely was one of the contributing factors. She called this girl fat, kicked her out of a cosplay group for being "too big" to cosplay any of the characters, lied to other people in order to dissuade them from cosplaying with her or manipulating them into excluding her (this was from her Final Fantasy group, I'm pretty sure) and treated this girl like shit.
She has almost killed herself with her illness (her starvation got so extreme that she wound up in hospital emergency rooms twice in the last year, she looks so emaciated in recent FB photos I was shocked, and her heart rate was something scary dangerous like 31 bpm)
I'm only bringing this up in the thread because today I found out that she is going to start a Recovery/Treatment program in December. I hope she starts to turn it around.
But yeah, FUCK Nicole. She has had a hand in ruining or fucking with so many people's lives and relationships. I really hope that karma eventually catches up with this cunt.
