I'll start off by translating this gem I found on the lolita tieba.
>This morning this girl (pic related) bought a dress worth 200RMB at Long ear's stall

>Mushroom demanded [angrily] a replacement because the colour of the dress is shit
>Mushroom's been running around the con and the dress was probably soaked in sweat
>The shop girls were nice and gave her a replacement
1 hour later
>Mushroom returned and demanded a return/refund [in a very bitchy and loud way?]
[The scene at the time was hilarious]
>Mushroom poured out everything from the shop bag onto the display table
>'MY MOTHER DOESN'T LIKE THIS DRESS! YOU MUST REFUND ME!! HERE!! HAVE ALL YOUR FREE GIFTS BACK!!
>we tried telling her that we don't do returns for lolita clothing
[We told her that none of the lolita shops at this convention do returns, and Mushroom literally went to ask EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM, from classical puppets to (another Chinese lolita brand). Every. Single. One.]
>Mushroom then demanded that we lend her our phone.
>'GIVE ME YOUR PHONE! I'M GOING TO CALL MY MOTHER! WHAT USE IS IT TO TELL ME NOW! TALK TO MY MOTHER!!'
>Shop owner lend Mushroom her phone
>After 2 tries to call her mother (and failing), Mushroom slammed the shop owner's Iphone on the table and brought out her own phone
>[Shop owner's internal dialogue: WTF why didn't you use your own phone! Do you know I'm on long distance roaming! Are you going to pay if my phone broke!]
>Mushroom couldn't contact her mother
>She then demand that the shop owner lend her the trader's pass so her mother can get into the convention (her mother didn't buy a ticket)
>Obviously they didn't give her the traders pass
10 minutes later..
>After arguing with the staffers, her mother obtained FREE! ENTRY! to the convention
>Mushroom's mum started yelling and screaming at the shop girls
>"ALL SHOPPING MALLS HAVE A 7 DAY RETURN POLICY!!"
>"EVEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE A 7 DAY RETURN POLICY, YOU SHOULD HAVE A 24HOUR RETURN POLICY!"
>"DO YOU HAVE A RECEIPT!"
>In between the yelling, Mushroom said
>"I'm telling you to give me a refund, my mother is very angry"
>"be careful that she'll punch you in the face"
>Shop owner: 'Yeah? Hit me! I'll call the police since I will not hit you back."
>Mushroom then demand that we provide her with our Trading Certificate (WTF)
>The shop girls were all sweet and nice, they couldn't handle such scary behaviour that they almost started crying
>Mushroom and mum are still adamant about calling me police and the trading departments
[At the time of the event, other traders next to us said something in our favour]
>Mushroom ended up screaming at them
>"IT'S NONE OF YOUR FUCKING BUSINESS! MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!" etc tc
>After the organisers arrived, Mushroom started yelling, again
>"I'M UNDERAGED! YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING TO ME!'
>"WHAT WILL I DO IF MY MOTHER WHIP ME AND HIT ME WHEN I GET HOME? DO YOU CARE ABOUT THAT!?"
[After much negotiation by the organisers, we gave Mushroom half her money back, and got the dress back]
Half an hour later..
>Mushroom returns
>She wants the dress
>Mushroom then paid for the dress and took it home
