Not the OP and have not kept up with the drama in years but from what I remember roughly: several women (I think over a dozen?) came forward in the last year about his predatory behavior with underage fans. He got metoo’d and his career has been pretty fucked ever since then. Allegations range from groping and making lewd comments to sexual assault on several different minors. Pretty sure jayy went on dragula season 2 and said that torres told him he had to finish a tour after being diagnosed with HIV in the middle of it and also that he was only 18 when they started touring while Torres was well into his 20s at that point.

i don’t know if anyone remembers this or not but when i was really little there was a video on YouTube of Dahvie, Jayy, & a girl in a hotel room together. i can’t remember if there was anyone else, but i know they were all in the video because i remember seeing it and being so disgusted by it as a child. basically in the video Jayy & Dahvie (more specifically Dahvie) were saying the nastiest most sexual things to this CLEARLY drunk woman who was with them. they both were asking her to “show her tits”, & overall just absolutely sexualizing her to the fullest extent. i remember the video ended after Dahvie had finally gotten her into a bed with him which he had to keep attempting to. i’m not sure how this video got lost in the abyss because in my opinion it was extremely solid evidence against that man…but i can’t seem to find it or anything about it.

I remember the vid. It’s been reposted on yt so many times throughout the years, but keeps getting removed. From what I remember, it was mostly dahvie with the girl, I don’t remember jay even being there. Dahvie was basically on vid trying to get this girl to have sex with him while she was clearly so incredibly out of it drunk. It was so disgusting because he was ask the girl if she wanted his cum and wanted to suck his dick. And she was drunkenly say yes, etc. It was so disturbing, she had no clue what was going on.

Not only that, but there’s tons of evidence on video where dahvie is making suggestive & inappropriate comments to real teenagers. Asking for teens at shows to “show their tits,” throw their bras at him.

One video I remember, he calls a teen’s dad on stage using her phone and made a disgusting sexual remark before hanging the phone on her dad. It was so gross. I’m sure her dad was petrified as to what was happening to his daughter.

Dahvie was well known on MySpace as a hairdresser he started music in 2006. With a guy named Garret.

They began touring. Before a show davhie SA a child and was dragged off stage by police. This was confirmed in the hanson documentary. He ended up in jail but bailed out by his father. Garrett had to finish the tour alone. After this Garret was kicked out the band for drugs and stealing.

Jayy monroe joins the band he was a fan and they met during show tours. In 2009/10 they started touring. They would sing about sex and innuendos such as scream for my ice cream on stage & SMD.  dahvie would pretend to jack off and beg for underwear and bras on stage.

A 11 year old called Jessie slaughter involved in the group there was allegations she became a groupie she then admitted that he was SA/R.  People did not belive her at the time this caused her to be brutally bullied and shamed. Her father came onto her live stream while she was crying telling people to stop and he became a meme because he said 'you done goofed' unfortunately this made the bulling worst.  BOTDF decided to do a distrack and multiple live shows and YouTube videos telling people to hate on Jessie for lying.

They then toured with Jeffrey star who did call out dahvie for having sex with minors on twitter
Stating that dahvie takes underage girls to his hotel,regrets making music with him and he will speak the truth till he dies over the situation. 

But later redacted that claim to do another tour with them (this was bought up in the Chris handson documentary and Jeff said someone told him what was going on he didn't witness it so he assumed it was allegations) cause money is more important then protecting lives. 

More distrack off Jessie came out and one about her father. BOTDF in 2011 became more popular then ever. They were sponsored by is anyone up (a revenge porn site). In 2012-2013 they toured with bands such as new years day and Jeffrey star again. Jeffrey had a allegated relationship with jayy but this hasn't been confirmed.

Daniel Rodriguez a merch guy for new years day created a tumbler post explaining his unpleasant experience with BOTDF saying he was choked the singer Ash and would touch her inappropriately and seeing young girls going into the tour bus and davhie bragging he fucked them. New year's day left  the tour due to feeling uncomfortable

2016 Jayy left the band and did a statement that davhie was controlling his life emotionally and physically. Jayy ended up catching hiv on tour and dahvie wouldn't let him take his medication and causing  a ED

Davhie continued to create music with his new band member fallon vendetta (his gf) from 2017-2019 untill the band broke up and ended.

2019 davhie renamed himself kawiimonster and has been making new music since alongside a clothing and wig brand called dark arts official
In 2020 he was caught again targeting underage girls.

The Chris hanson documentary interviewed multiple survivors  finally  got their stories heard. A lot came out  mentioning SA/R/ all
was backed up with everidence. Jeffrey star saying he 'didn't realise it was true'  and New years day singer ash  joined in the discussing the situation and said they found him creepy saying he would touch her and choke her but played it of as a joke. Fallon vendetta joined this to she had a toxic relationship with him and was controlled. Old videos resurfaced youtubers such as repzilla contuined to do more interviews/follow up videos with the survivors.
So far there has been roughly 20+ people who have come out. Jayy also came put with his story.

Unfortunately nothing came from this documentary as no one was sent to jail.

People often just choose to only call out davhie for the situation however I must note that jayy was also engaging in the situation, he encouraged it, he helped bully the 11 year old and Co write the distracks. he did not stop the situation. He allowed things to happen. But he has been given the green card for a unknown reason he is now  known for being in dragular season 3&4 doing live tours.

Dahvie is free and trying to sell wigs and clothes online has still got a online following.

Jeffrey also got a green card even though he chose to ignore his original statement he again could of prevented this but choosen not to. He still creates YouTube/tiktoks while selling yak meat and beauty products.(holy newfaggotry)
