soft tissue, which also happens to be the effect that fillers create. Thus, overdone fillers make you look old. Taken care of, smooth like a baby's ass, but old. Also, they stretch the fuck out of your skin, so too much will make you sag early. Kylie is solidly in the "too much" territory.
Finally, a little known fact is that refined, classically beautiful, striking or "correct" features look more mature by default. You more or less have to choose between looking younger and looking more beautiful, which is a paradox in today's youth oriented beauty standards.
