I quickly went over some of cecelias personal insta and there's no mention of her ED til early 2019 (or maybe a vague one in 2018) when she had a ~relapse~ from her ed after 5 years in recovery (in spite of having photos all the way back from 2012 with photos of her looking completely normal, eating cupcakes and pizza with no mentions of an ed). She goes between saying she's had her ed since she was 13 and saying she's had an ED for 13 years.
What it looks like to me is that when she broke up with her fiance/wife/whatever she lost her shit and her bpd took over and the ana persona began.

What she actually is is a pro ana cow, a top level attention whore. She was probably thrilled to be on an ED protocol, all she had to do was refuse food or supplement until they tubed her. If that hospital’s similar to other ED IP/residential, she probably didn’t have to refused much at all.
And like others have said, they’re discharging her days before her “IP” admit date. ERC is residential, tho they probably bill for IP as long as they can, doesn’t usually change treatment beyond maybe more GP check ups and more therapy and dietary sessions. It doesn’t necessarily mean an IP patient is sicker than a residential one, just that the IP patient has insurance that will pay IP prices. So sorry to rain on your sick snowflake parade, Cecelia, but you’re only being admitted as an inpatient for the money. Seriously ill patients go to ACUTE or a normal hospital first, and stay a lot longer than 2 days. No time at home before residential either.
Tl;dr of it: US ED patients are tubed at the drop of a hat, and Cecelia is a pathetic joke.
