Sorry for being blunt, dunno how else to put it in a nicer way, but do girls on MFC have to be mentally challenged to qualify for being models? That's a question that haunts me for some time now and I would like to hear from people who have experience with this site.

Doctors give it to you if other meds are too heavy/you've given signs you're an addict. It's like a 'lighter' anti-anxiety/sleep med. If she's having to up her dose above 100mg it means she's most likely doing something right before sleeping that's making things worse (like being on your phone, or drinking something that fucks with your heart rate). There's no way she should need to constantly up it, and switching to ambien is only going to really mess with her, it's so bad for you. I don't understand why she doesn't go to a sleep specialist if she's actually having to up her dose so much.
