(nagitashinjiro) I want to say, I agree somewhat with the "you should just go away from the computer" sentiment, and I definitely should've worded my reply better. I really wanted to, but by the time I thought of better wording it was already reblogged a good bit. This whole situation is less about how "you stole from my oc donut steel" and more about the importance of these characters to these people. OCs can hold traits of the person who created them, much like how Tearzah "explains" about their OCs. My own OCs have a lot of myself in them as well, as well as things I've experienced. Blah blah, that whole mantra. Anyway, it's more of taking things from characters that have MUCH more meaning to the person who made them than just "they look pretty," and Tearzah pasting that stolen feature onto their new 248503845845978th OC, who they'll draw once and forget about. Except when they put it on Ash. Then people praise them for their stolen features. Segway into…
..My friend (who actually DID have shit taken from her characters, which is far more severe than my experience. Tearzah also was worse with them.) also replied along with someone else as well who had similar experiences like that. They worded their reply MUCH better. My post is by far the most … small? easily ignore-able? reply TO that callout, but it was more of a problem with..Tearzah essentially using me since 2011/2012, when I was pretty much a kid.
TL;DR: Do not take my reply to that callout that seriously, but take the others seriously. They were used/abused far more than I was. Some with actual PTSD from their experience with Tearzah. While I do have SEVERE paranoia (among other things) and overall will never be happy with my only talent ever again after this whole thing, it's far from the worst thing Tearzah's done to a person. While I may not care much now, that I've dropped the bitch like a sack full of shit, I am still incredibly pissed off about how they treated my friend. (Took basically everything unique from my friend's favourite OC, put all those things onto Ash, then turned around and said "don't copy Ash." and acted bitchy to my friend when she confronted them.)

I have a bit of experience with doing assessments; I might be able to provide a bit of insight into what is shown in the video.
First off, written reports are usually 10 pages or more, so we are not seeing much here.
Most of what is shown in the video is a summary of the mental status examination (standardized set of questions) and clinical impressions (opinion of the interviewer). The information here is self-reported by the patient; everything is written down, direct quotes from the patient are written in quotation marks. The quotes strike me as someone using clinical language and keywords. I did not see any screening tests named in the video: PHQ-9, PDS, SIMS, GAD-7, PCL-5, etc. Screening tests evaluate the emotional state of the patient as well as deception.
What stands out to me in the text is that the interviewer commented on how fast she was filling out tests. It could mean that she’s a fast reader-responder, or it could mean that she’s carelessly responding, which can distort results or invalidate the test. Fun fact: careless responding on certain tests creates false positives for psychopathology.
We are not seeing the drug/alcohol use section, which is essential for understanding a psych report. In general, you’d be surprised how much “mental illness” is just excessive meth, shrooms, and booze.
We are not seeing what psychological tests were administered in the battery, if any. Each test will have its own section explaining what the patient’s T-scores and Standard Deviation spikes mean in layman’s terms. Tests here could be: PAI-2, PID-5, MCMI, MMPI, etc. The T/SD are what we’re really interested in.
At the end of the report, we should see a written summary and interpretation of the entire assessment with all possible diagnoses and recommendations for treatment. I see a list in the video, but without the test results and written summary it means little to me.

You can take Prozac (fluoxetine) and Abilify (aripiprazole) together, but the dosage of Abilify should be reduced by 25% when given with a strong CYP2D6 Inhibitor, which is what Prozac is. This is to reduce the side effects of both drugs since, to put it simply, Abilify increases all the effects of Prozac on the body. Your web link lists a couple of the adverse effects that can happen.
The normal adult dosage for Abilify (when used to treat schizophrenia) is 10-15mg/day. It can be increased to 30mg/day if needed, and the maintenance dose is 15mg/day.
The normal adult dosage for Prozac for autism is 20 mg/day, and can be increased after 4 weeks to 40mg/day in two divided dosage times (Am, Pm), with 80 mg/day being the MAX that the dosage can be increased to.
Her Prozac dose is half of the normal adult dosage but her Abilify is the regular/maintenance dose. This is the part that I don't get either.
According to the book, her drugs should possibly look more like: Abilify 7.5~11.3mg (oral solution) OR Abilify 10mg (tablet form), Prozac 20mg, and then her Strattera is fine where it is at 40mg.
We would need the input of either someone who's studied their pharmacology for psych drugs well or someone who's been on this drug cocktail and can tell us how it went.
They're not blatantly incorrect doses, but they aren't within expected ranges either. It's hard to tell if the one who arranged them like that was the doctor tampering around with her meds to see what works or Tea not doing her homework when she forged this. As shown, she has been on this identical combination for a full month between December and January.
It's not a fatal combination, but because the drugs together can cause orthostatic hypotension (fainting upon rising up from sitting/laying down too quickly) it can lead to injury and other unpleasantness. Also she's 23 and average/overweight so I don't quite understand why her Prozac dose is reduced.
I myself am not a doctor or anything like that, just an undergrad going by the book and what I've been taught so far. Enlighten us if you know more, and I apologize for taking up the thread with pharm nerd shit instead of real milk.

The way these forms work is they write down everything that she claims and reports, and they come up with some possible options from those. For example, if she said she has trouble sleeping, then insomnia would have appeared on the diagnostic list, even though she had not been tested for any sleep issue.
What I assume happened is, she got her assessment back and retyped it. I got a similar assessment back after undergoing an evaluation as a kid. They handed mine to my dad of course, but I remember it looking a lot like this.
Schizoaffective disorder is not anything like schizophrenia like she claims. Schizoaffective disorder is just bipolar with psychotic symptoms. She'll do whatever she can to be special.
