Hello, i am a newfag. Came from 4chan but I cant seek advice from that place because of their hate towards women. I am also very fat, 155cm 98kg. Please help me lose weight. I live in a dorm, theres no gym nearby. I dont have a car to go to a gym. I dont want to jog in front of people because all my fat will jiggle and my boobs will bounce up and down. My country does not sell sports bras for big boobies. I live alone in my dorm at the time being, no roommate yet. Have any of you guys lost weight by exercising in your rooms? My room is pretty small. What routines should I do that is effective enough for me to see change in at least 2 months?

No. 87077

So basically you wanna lose weight but don't wanna do anything about it?

Come the fuck on.

Anon, are you illiterate? I am asking for routines to do in my room. How is that not doing anything? There are other ways than going to the gym (doing god knows what) and going jogging. Youre not even fucking contributing why are you replying?

Just do some basic blogilates stuff while you get your eating and diet in order. You wont lose that much just exercising.

fix your diet first! use myfitnesspal app to list calories, you might be eating way too much.
jillian michaels has so workouts that you can do at home, 30 day shred is good. some of them can be found in youtube. first you might not be able to even do the whole workout but as time goes on you'll get better.
the hardest thing is sticking into these, you must remember that the weight won't drop instantly so you have to stick to the plan and not slip from it.
good luck.

At such a weight, just eating less, cutting soda, and most sugary shit will make you lose a lot of weight.
You can't outrun a bad diet.
A cheap option for doing sports is swimming, it's a really good sport that make you lose weight and help you build lean muscles it's not violent for your body, running while being a fatty can really rekt your knees.

Seconding the 30DS, I do it in my room with no problems.

You'll lose weight after you get one of your limbs amputated.

Yes

If she wants a barrel chest and broad shoulders, sure.
OP, where does your fat distribute and how toned are you?

At your weight I'd say change your diet up, start eating a lot more vegetables, reduce your carbs and meats aside from fish chicken and shrimp severely, drink green tea, run up and down the stairs for 5 minutes a day and try to build up to 30 minutes. That makes you toned, your metabolism sped up, and your weight loss more rapid. Then as your muscles become more strong you can go running outside.

It works for me. I'm around your height and weigh less (still high tho). It's like a charm.

oh yeah and reduce internet time severely. cut back on it. it makes you prone to idling and being generally lazy

Yeah right, and weightlifting will transform you into a bulky man.

Bitch you are almost as fat as OP and you have the nerve to comment on swimmer's body? Fucking kek. Keira knightley, Nicole kidman, Julia Roberts all include swimming in their workout Natalie Portman swam everyday prepping for black swan, I doubt your body will look as good after running up and down the stairs like a retard for 5 minutes.

You sound bootyblasted. Mad because you were born with an unfortunate inverted triangle shape?
And lmao @ you using actress as an example to validate your piss poor body.

Toned legs and defined waistline >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> broad shoulders and broad chest

>>87103
It's called swimmer's body for a reason.

No. 87109

>>87106

Also. All of those actresses you listed were shit tier. I find the 50's petite but shapely look much more attractive and feminine than ms skeleton with no defined waist or hip line.

Nah I have an hourglass and I'm thin and fit, I'm good thanks. I just find it hilarious when a fatty who started exercising like 2 weeks ago talk shit about fit people.

>hourglass
Yeah only on the internet right? I'm sure your "hourglass" is actually just your fat ass hips .

>thin and fit

You mean skinnyfat. Someone with that rage and snarkiness is the type of cunt to sit on the internet arguing with other cunts all day long. You know you aren't the working out type stop lying.

>2 weeks

Far longer than that

>fit people

Fit people don't automatically have shit-tier inverted triangle shapes, like you.

If it makes you feel better hun the girl who played in the grease live musical as the main girl was fit, toned, and slim. She was sexy. Notice how she doesn't have a broad shoulder and barrel chest. That shit is genetic due to high testosterone. I'm sure you have high T considering your aggression.

No. 87115

>>87114
Yeah it is genetic, that is why you don't automatically get it when you swim, fucking retard.

No. 87117

>>87115

But it increases the chance of it, since it's also directed through physical routine and diet which effects the hormones "fucking retard".
I can smell your enlarged clitoris and hairy labia from here.

No. 87124

Welp I imagined shoulder muscle will make the shoulders appear broader. I remember reading about it and even discussing it with people well-versed in exercise and fitness.
like how squats make the ass look shapelier, or running an hour everyday makes the legs more toned and brings out its shape more, ect.

OP will def need to tone her arms because of the loose skin she will have during her journey.

No. 87125

^All of you 32-inch waist-chans knock this shit off already.

OP, just start counting your calories and lay off the snacks/soda etc. At your weight/height, that by itself should make a huge difference, but you should start eating healthier in general. For exercise, try following videos on YouTube or P90X/30 Day Shred/etc. Could you buy a sports bra online? reddit.com/r/abrathatfits is a good place to look for bra resources.

Also, please be realistic in your expectations. You will see a difference in 2 months if you eat well/exercise, but you won't be supermodel thin. Losing weight takes time and effort, and maintaining it is a completely new lifestyle choice.

You're probably better of reading the sticky on /fit/ than asking here.
Anyways, to lose weight diet is a lot more important than exercise. I didn't even do any exercise at first and lost a lot of weight, here's what worked for me…
>Replace bad food by healthy food (lots of veggies and lean meat), look up healthy ways to make your favorite food. You won't like it at first but after a while you won't want anything else
>Do take cheat days if you're having a hard time. I know people say cheat days are for pussies but at least that way you won't feel like you have to "give up" stuff completely.
>try to walk as much as you can, try to walk everywhere you go. Always choose to take the stairs. Again, this might be tiring at first but you will get better.
>Start counting calories by using handy apps (I use myfitnesspal) but be honest to yourself, weight everything and write everything down. No one is judging you because only you can see it.
>Look up bodyweight exercises wich you can do at home and pick some that you like, increase the exercises when you get better. Building muscles will help boost your metabolisme.
I understand going to the gym or running isn't fun when you think you're being watched but most people will probably think "hey! how good they're trying to be more healthy!" so just go for it when you're feeling extra confident.

Good luck, op!
Also, read the sticky

I also forgot to mention what this anon >>87125 said. Don't see it as a diet but a change of lifestyle. You'll get used to it and wonder how it could ever be different.

No. 87137

a-are you a big guy?

No. 87764

Just reduce your portion sizes by using smaller plates for example and cutting out all snacking, make healthier food choices (water instead of juice/softdrink/etc, fruit instead of something sugary, more veges in the diet, etc), and a really easy way to exercise is walking.

Just try to do a fast paced walk for an hour or so each day and you'll see results. It is very easy and enjoyable to do, you don't need to wear special clothes to do it, you don't need to hike up mountains, just increase your speed or distance over time while completing daily errands or finding a cool place to go.

As you start to lose weight you may eventually reach a plateau where you will need to increase the intensity of your exercise and/or adjust your diet further but this should get you through the first stages and is very manageable and attainable.
