Just remembered the movie Requiem (from 2006), which is based of the true story of Anneliese Michel, the girl who died in the 70s because of the brutal exorcism that was practiced on her. It is not a spooky/gory horror story but tells the story of a young women who grows up in a very strict catholic household, who tries to deal with her seizure disorder in that type of environment. By creating this cytube channel solely for movie nights and video sharing, we eliminated the need to 1.download any script 2.use other websites that aren't cytube. This makes the OP of the thread obsolete, and I personally think we should remake the thread one last time, three times the charm, but we need a general concensus. Installing the tampermonkey script takes no work, have a half an hour before the movie to make sure everyone has got it is not an inconvenience. I spent like 3 hours the other day trying to find a working raw link to
one movie and I'm never doing it again. The script works, Google drive works, there's not a lot more discuss.

Is everyone sure they used this feature? I could open one mod application but if this ignore feature works fine, then I see no point in doing it. I can't give my admin password to anyone ever again because I'm scared of them changing too many options and making the chat vulnerable to trolls.
One reason why I'm also against this, is that admins can see the previous names everyone has used and their IP adress. While yes this helps with trolls it also destroys the sense of anonimity we have, could make more drama, and I just like the option of hopping in the chat randomly with a fresh start everytime.
Mods can also see the previous usernames and IP adresses. I tried to see if you can filter it somehow so mods don't see it but you can't take that functionality off. And I'm scared of someone having that much power somehow
Anyways, I have one mod account available but I can't promise I will give it to anyone. Email is in the email field. Explain who you are and why you want the mod role.

Another thing we could implement is the use of "leaders", but it would require me being present at each movie night or casual viewing and the new job I have requires me being away from the computer at odd times. The leader role toggles off if you reload the page. Leaders can have the same permissions as mods without having to see the IPs and previous usernames. Also, below in gray is how your previous names show.
I think for now, using the "ignore user" option and voteskip is just fine. But my email is still on the email field if you need anything alright?

The option required further testing (ie do copyrighted movies get deleted, and if yes, when. However as it's supposedly 'an alt right youtube', I hope they dgaf as long as they don't get a complaint). The bad side is that I do not see an option to add subtitles. We would have to go with either hardsubs or no subs at all.
So far, I think this site is good as a backup to google drive. Not sure if it's always superior to grabbing links (you can enable subs on those, and
