I think anons are right, it's easy to get fooled cause body is ofc another story, but her face always looked quite "healthy". It was horrid makeup/burn tool that made her look deadly malnourished and sunken. That being said, i hope she truly recovers.

Yup she’s still schizoposting. Last year she gained a tiny bit of weight in hospital and then crashed out hard for some reason. She started going on a spergfest about wanting to be bmi 10 and started cutting again as well. She slightly dropped some of the flowery talk a bit during that time. She’s posted pictures of herself in hospital on her twitter. She was hooked up to a bunch of apparatuses, she for sure had some kind of large surgery from the looks of it. I think in one of her past threads when she had the initially heart surgery nonnies analyzed her surgery scar and it was likely she had some sort of heart surgery. Probably not a huge open chest kind of thing, think more done with lasers and small instruments.

Oh also another thing. Back during her bad relapse late lastyear when she was still living in PR it seems her family had some sort of home invasion and a bunch of her things were taken. I think that is what kicked off the relapse? I remember her also tweeting that she had some kind of surgery booked and she was going to do everything in her power to sabotage her chances of getting it. Something about fighting with her mom I'll try to find it.

This most likely. Luci's always loved food, her thing was purging it. Bulimics have no bathroom priviledges at inpatient up to an hour after eating, so my guess is they were strict enough with her she stuck with that habit once she was released. Maybe mommy and daddy watched her at home too? But then there was an incident where she said her dad told her she didn't deserve to eat. Who knows what her situation is with her family.

IIRC when she was near the end of her living in PR her parents had the food under lock and key. She also self reported binging on dogfood because she couldnt get to the real food since it was locked up. It is possible she was just memeing about the dog food but who knows. I'm surprised that she regained weight in such a short time. As of November of 2024 she was still skeletor

Here's my best guess although it's pretty straight forward but take my speculations with a grain of salt.
She ate a lot in the hospital, food was good, she watched kids shows and it was peaceful. In inpatient the food was good and she ate there too, it felt good and she was happy. She's in pain though and has been for a long time, no surprise, skellyness causes pain and it can't be comfortable to gain so much weight so quickly especially being used to being empty. By not making it I think she feels she failed her unicorn quest. Couldn't make it there. Her water retention is permanent she believes and she feels unfamiliar in her body now that it's big again. She probably thought she was gonna die/ascend to unicorndom so this feels like a new life and she feels like an impostor. She feels like someone else was/is controlling her (in the hospital when she ate? still now that she's at a higher weight?) Food makes her sick and she's being constantly watched (by parents and doctors surely), she wants to be free aka unicorn death attempt number ?? has begun.
