Husbandofagging or husbandoism is the intense obsession, often if not always sexual, with a fictional male character referred to as a husbando. These terms are a genderswapped version of waifufags or waifuists - a name given to male otaku who would instead dedicate their lifes to simping for 2D female characters referred to as waifus, and express vehement disgust at the sight of real women (a.k.a 3DPD - 3D pig disgusting).
Husbandofags have seen a population surge on lolcow recently, leading to many an obnoxious post leaking out of containment, bpd meltdowns, and avatarfagging. The unpopular opinion thread is getting sick of anti husbandofag related takes that have begun to arise in response, a sign it's not such an unpopular opinion anymore. So here's a general thread where you're free to vent your frustrations about them, waifufags, and some 3DPD obsessed individuals who aren't in full stalker mode.
