Inspired by something I saw on a diff thread. Cow is an insult where I am. Interchangeable with the word bitch. What a selfish cow! etc. People who've never heard of a lolcow use it.

Are non-lolcow cows a thing where you are?

No. 2566928

Yes though if I'm calling someone a cow/bull is still an insult by itself, often associated with stupidity (cow and especially bull) or corpulence (cow).

Animal epithet have been used for a very long time and seems to be pretty univerals across all cultures.

Bad example of a househusband. He should be on his knees bowing upon her entrance to the home before obsequiously deigning to speak before spoken to inquire on the status of her day.

But Shinji is a faggot. He doesn't actually love Asuka, he just uses her as cover. He uses her as a means to an end, and that's dehumanizing. Those kids both know that daddy is a flaming homosexual and that he hates mummy, and they're gonna be unpacking all of that in psychotherapy for years and years in their adulthood, especially after Shinji ropes after Asuka catches him on Grindr for the 5th time.

why is it so uncommon for america to push regular black female artists that aren’t sexualised? don’t get me wrong all races of women are heavily sexualised in the music industry especially today but you can still see that most white and asian artists have an image beyond that, and it’s not like the basis of their entire persona + there are plenty of popular ones who don’t have a sexualised image at all. pinkpantheress made me wonder, were she american would she have ever been pushed, would they have wanted her to change her image? would they believe there to be no market for that kind of artist if not white? growing up even as a black person in britain i genuinely believed that black americans were just like that and it was cultural that everything was sexualised. actually that’s got me thinking because even nicki minaj was allegedly very different before debuting, quiet and softspoken, obviously it’s normal to have a stage image but it makes me wonder if she were white they would have given her a different one closer to her actual personality at the time. they just didn’t believe that it would be worth doing if she weren’t white

it’s strange to me that america seems more racist despite white americans being no more native to the country than black americans. the racism here is mostly classist and nationalistic but with americans it really feels skin deep, even when you’ve grown up in the exact same environment with just as many generations here as each other

1. In America, black isn't just a race. It's been made into something like a class, and media figures are pushed to show solidarity by pretending to be more low-class (eg in leagues with hip hop) than they actually are. This is also why women like Ayo Edebiri sometimes get harassed for not "acting black enough". Also, America is currently run by racist porn producers and consumers.
2. Hip-hop is "the" black music genre now, rather than music like jazz, RnB, rock, etc, and those were all much less sexualized. It wasn't like this before, look at Whitney Houston and Donna Summer. Hip-hop, due to ghetto male and "other" influence, is typically very aggressive and sexual. It got to a fever pitch in the 90s, and only became worse. It panders to the lowest common denominator. One black woman (C. Delores Tucker) tried to speak against it, but was shut down and faced a lot of misogynistic abuse. Men involved with hip-hop want women to be whores, and those who don't acquiesce simply won't be pushed in the industry. When black musucians only have one popular genre they're allowed to become famous in, this is what you get. Pinkpantheress would NEVER have been allowed to make it in the US with the current zeitgeist. What they want is Ice Spice. In the first place, I'm convinced Pinkpantheress was only allowed to be as she is and get popular because she's biracial, because the same disorder is catching up to the UK slowly (I remember that "put that shrimp back in your pants" song/video). Even the Black American women who still sing RnB are pressured to fit what hip hop scrotes like (SZA, Summer Walker, etc).
3. All these problems have been made "woke", so you're barely allowed to contest them. There's an entire subsection of Black American men who believe that not fitting into the hip-hop sanctioned aesthetic and way of behavior means you are a "race traitor" who "dates white men", and Black American women who have internalized all kinds of degeneracy as their identity. These people only think of white people, their existence in relation to white people, and live to be the opposite of anything currently classed as "white", good or bad. This means that if white women are expected to be chaste, black women need to be sluts. If white women are expected to be pretty, black women need to be ugly. If white women are expected to be thin, black women need to be fat. If white women are expected to be quiet, black women need to be loud. Anything else is betrayal. This is how they've made sense of the world, and their idea of a "quiet protest" against an unjust/racist society, even if it affirms all the problems and means teen pregnancies, increased rates of heart disease (and poor health in general), encouraging domestic violence and turning a blind eye to femicide. They affirm their blackness through inferiority and rot. Whenever any black woman within the community wants or seems to embody something else, they start screaming "Well, white people will call you a nigger anyway, they lynched your ancestors when they were acting and looking all proper and the women were skinny! You are being Eurocentric, this is respectability politics!". The idea of wanting better for one's own community has become alien, because their idea of racial self-esteem has been made into…this. The proliferation of libfem politics coupled with the struggles of the lower class (which were exacerbated by the Reagan's crack epidemic) and the boogeyman of respectability politics created this mess, really.
4. Racist people like (even love) this set-up because it affirms the idea of white superiority, and necessarily erases black people who don't fit into negative, dehumanizing stereotypes. It also ensures easy sexual access when a demographic of women decides that promiscuity and nihilism are political praxis. All of this is just extremely convenient for racists, but you're supposed to pretend you don't see it. America is just kind of an extreme and insane country when it comes to race. Other countries have their own issues with, but America's got the world stage and this is what everyone is influenced by.

Samefag:
tl;dr: It would go against the current narrative and piss off trashy people, people who've gone so woke they've fallen into horseshoe theory and racists, all of which have been allowed to dictate "black" media is in the US for a while now. Momo Boyd is another example of a Black American singer who doesn't hypersexualize herself and debuted with a song about love (rather than fucking). She faced extreme backlash and accusations of being far right, being an African immigrant because her behavior/aesthetic is considered too different, etc.
Vid related, two Black American public figures (Lil Yachty and Quenlin Blackwell) arguing over who is "white black" ("white-washed"), and the latter's benchmark for "blackness" ends up being who's been in more physical altercations. Humor or not, this is the current accepted conception of being black and any "authentic" culture that has to do with it. Ultimately, Black American people in the comment section accused them both of being "white black" and shamed them for supposedly being raised in suburban towns. All of this shit is what happens when a race is made near-synonymous with a class, and diverse cultures within that race aren't given due recognition.

Ntayrt but this reminded me of when I was a kid, I was harassed a couple of times over the fact I didn't speak in ebonics. I'm not even black, I guess the other kids thought it meant I thought myself "better" than them or something. How, I don't know, I had terrible grades and was of lower class than most anybody else.
I never did it since it felt pretty cringey to force myself to speak in a way I wasn't naturally accustomed to and I was a loser anyway, looking back it was all pretty ridiculous.

I come from a family that was called racist for a while and its becasue they live in a neighborhood that had more low class poor black families move in and called the cops on children throwing rocks at their (enclosed in a fence) dogs and i know people who don't actually live in mixed race communities are more likely to be racist for no real reason but white people who live in those communities are called racist because when a home intruder destroyed their lives or some children stole a car and smeared a granny's face on the pavement the loudest voices in black communities moved to try and protect them instead of preventing that behavior and its because of that very real psyop your talking about.
So when people try to blanket statement about racist white people i always think are they really racist or are they reacting to the real shitheads around them? I'm sure they know its

Why are there people who gas themselves up all the time to others and exaggerate things to make themselves look better? What do they get out of it? Don’t they feel sad knowing deep down that it’s not true?

I’m talking about things like
>Telling someone that a bunch of people said they were the prettiest girl they’ve ever seen
>Going “oh my god he was totally hitting on me” whenever a guy asks a question, looks at her or is just being nice
>Telling stories where they always end up being the hero and then everyone claps, everyone comes to tell them how smart and pretty they are, etc
>Talking about events like they’re the main character of the world and everyone admires them and wants to fuck them
>Bragging about everything they ever did, how many awards they got, their grades, etc

I’m just confused, do people like this never sit by themselves at home and feel embarrassed that everything is an exaggeration and a performance to show others how great they are? I know several people who behave this way and don’t know what causes it

I don't think that's always the case. Sometimes wires in your brain just get crossed and you can accidentally "train" yourself to associate random things with sex, which is why most fetishes develop in childhood or during puberty. Your brain is very squishy and moldable during this time and takes in as much information as it possibly can, sometimes to its own detriment. Even if you don't consciously know what sex is, your subconscious does.

People just mistake this cautiousness for cunning when in reality, the fox is just an animal, of course it's gonna sniff around a box full of chickens when it's hungry kek. They probably became THE animal we associate with tricksters because we've lived alongside them and dealt with them eating livestock for centuries, same as wolves.

They see themselves as sex objects. They have to be the hotter sexier ones who have the "upper hand" in the relationship. They don't date attractive men their age, because it makes them insecure and like they might get cheated on. Ironic because old ugly ass men cheat all the time.

This might just be something I’ve noticed in my country, but why is it that so many people from low-income backgrounds often have poor taste? I've noticed most moids into the porny, fake look on women are practically poor. It does apply to many things though; from fashion, hairstyle, etc.

Honestly, to me Clairo’s attraction to women is subconsciously obvious to me just like how some people were so sure Jojo made sense kek (didn’t see it personally) but Clairo reminds me of the girls in high school I dated, she just seems very bi to me. There’s no reason to assume she’s only heterosexual tbh - I’d argue there’s more of a case for Billie but maybe that’s my bias speaking. Also controversial but Clairo just “looks” like she likes girls to me

So, do I have depression or something? I get random moments of being sad and I even cry heavy but it'll be over in 30 minutes of less. I have ADHD and am a recovering NEET, I work only 16 hours a week but I still only talk to my family and co-workers, and my husband. I don't really feel the desire to be social much but I do feel bad that I don't have any female friends…I feel like I probably do need those to be normal. But right now even talking to my parents or stopping by to chat with my husband's family wears me out for a day or more lol. Work days wear me out too, I feel like I always am pushing just to get through the day. So am I wrong thinking this is all ADHD related and actually chronic depression? Despite all this, I'm actually living the best moments of my life and am in a much better place, so I don't see why I would be depressed after years of finally being okay.

Can anyone here explain to me what the appeal of putting buttholes onto cute animal characters is? I don't mean to ask this to moralfag or anything by saying 'omg ur disgusting and sick if u think this is cute!!', I just think that it's such a strange detail that I would have thought most would see as gross, but most seem to actually receive it well and I'm genuinely interested in hearing what people like about it as I just find it odd.

The Japanese have autism. Similar to Germans. Both of these nations found liking in each other during WW2 based on that. Another thing they have in common, might be related to autism as well, which is an obsession about the anus/poop. That's why it's called "anal" fixation. Their societies are harsh, cold and with strict rules. Akin to toilet training in early childhood that is too harsh, which leads to obsessiveness and overt tidiness.
In the Japanese this trait shows in putting visible assholes onto simplistic and cute characters. The Germans are more pragmatic about the ordeal and equip their literal toilets with a shape that allows the turd to sit on top of the water inviting the user to inspect every bit of their doing.

I think it’s just from the poverty cycle. If you grew up in a mud house (hyperbole) you’re gonna have a hard time distinguishing luxury from gaudiness since your actual upbringing was so far outside the realm of luxury. Next thing you know you’re buying a Pandora bracelet to look fancy. Then you tell your (also poor) kids how fancy your bracelet is and the cycle repeats.

I've been on 2 seperate tinder dates within the past month where the guys have mentioned going to a chiropractor.
