She had been bullying other potential fansites of Sulli to the point where essentially she was the only Sulli fansite out there. Knew Sulli personally, talked to her via texts etc. Was also talking shit about the other members of f(x) regularly.
When Sulli left she suddenly decided Sulli was a piece of shit, went on twitter "exposing" her, basically showing off all the information she had gained by getting close to her. Guess she realized what a fucking waste of time this was and got mad lol.
Now there's a lot that can be said about Sulli herself, but the point I'm trying to make is that Jinnabit's story is perfect to show what these mentally ill people are really after: They cling onto often very young people, try to buy their attention/love via expensive gifts and support to gain some sort of ownership over them. Not every fansite might be on the level of crazy Jinnabit was, but there also might be some way worse than her.

also they typically try to get photos which they'll then sell in restricted "paywall" areas of their sites, and in some cases its been proven they will go places where the idol has gone, take photos and take belongings that they can use against them.
The mindset literally has them practically blackmailing these idols they're obsessed with if they ever do anything to piss them off. Think incels who foam at the mouth for instagram and asmr girls when they wont pay attention to them after they donate to their patreons. Its the same thing except its treated as an actual career and is being actively encouraged by the idols companies. Idols have spoken out about it. There have been incidents of cameras being found in rooms, items including underwear or anything that might have an idols dna on it stolen for who knows what purpose, idols almost being run off the road. Most recently the plane incident Im sure you heard about etc. The purpose is this people really truly believing theyre entitled to these idols every day life. Every move they make. I remember reading about SNSD in their early days. These fansites fucking tracked down family members and hounded them at their places of business. Taeyeons dad tried playing it off like "teehee i know they are just fans and they bring me business because they need eye glasses" and there were uWu adorable~ articles written about it for magazines. But in reality, they arent forming relationships with the family members because they want to show support. They're literally trying to encroach on them. Get information. Pictures of the family and the idol when they were babies. All sorts of shit. They feel if they find something bad, by knowing it and keeping it a secret, the idol is in forever gratitude for them to not release it. Its absolutely insane.
