If she was as lean in that second photo we'd be able to see the muscle she's built more accurately. She'd be absolutely tiny in that second photo if she was at the composition she is now. She definitely needs more carbs. A big bowl of brown rice or pasta and beef mince would be much better for bulking than the eggs and spinach would have been, but I feel bad she gets bashed for actually making huge changes when you look at how she was.
I agree completely though that in the state she was in, nobody should ever be lifting. Although that's on her gym and her trainer, not so much on her.
The thing with bodybuilding is that you have to be a little OCD for it. I could never compete as much as I love lifting because I would never want to put my body through that hell and get that lean.

I was refraining from posting this superspoop out of respect for the fact she is clearly close to death, but after following her for months now I just cannot contain my hatred for her manipulative selfish actions. She claims she's been anorexic since 10 and is now in her 40's, typical excuses as to why she can't recover, from her very first video she claims she can't go to an ED recovery center because she has "intestinal issues" that she doesn't specify. As if an ED center can't make accommodations for problems like that, she admits she's been kicked out of almost every ED clinic in the Netherlands due to non compliance. She's had multiple go fund me's to help her stay complacent in her disorder, buying her fancy wheelchairs she doesn't need, treatment centers she doesn't use to recover, hospital stays, fancy medical equipment that are usually for paraplegics or very elderly patients to help them get in and out of bed, showers, etc.
Her most selfish stunt in my opinion being taking a room in hospice for months on end, a place where terminally ill patients go to spend the last few weeks or days of their lives in comfort and peace. But she selfishly took a slot in an already exhausted facility so she could play spoonie that was "on her last few days of life" only to keep chugging along for so long hospice finally had to say either die or bounce the fuck out. She then made some "I'm dying and hospice is kicking me out onto the street!" video where she begged for strangers money yet again because she signed over her house to a bunch of strangers to live in so she could help fund her hospice vacay with their rent money. Now she's wasting space in one of her friends flat while she gets her eldery sick mother to wheel her around and feed and bath her like an infant while making no attempt at recovery but making excuses about ~refeeding syndrome~ and tons of anachan bs as to why recovery is so much harder for her than other anachans. Almost every video she claims she's so close to death but just keeps popping back up with more videos and more excuses, same "woe is me" victim mentality and entitled view that everyone should be dropping everything in thier life to help her. It's been 30 years, her family is just probably tired of having to baby this bitch while she does nothing to help herself.
