So this happened at Anime Expo, happened Friday I believe. We were at the RWBY cosplay gathering, Moomoo had come with a big group of other cosplayers and it looked like she was just their cuz she had no one else to hang out with. So there was this Genderbent Neo who was one of the gathering admins there who had a really nice (but fragile) parasol prop. So the gathering began and the admins of the gathering got up and faced the crowd, putting their backs to Mariah who was dicking around behind them. While they were explaining some base rules and how the potoshoot process would work, Moomoo picked up the parasol and started aggressively opening and closing it, and swinging it around. A short while later, the admin's asked for a moment of silence out of respect for the late Monty Oum (he came up with RWBY and was the main animator) and Mariah started shouting at the hosts and other members of the crowd trying to get their attention (she still had the umbrella at this point, the genderbent Neo's attention being directed towards the gathering>>187146

After the moment of silence some people at the gathering (I wasn't paying attention to her after the moment of silence because I was working with the hosts) then saw Mariah using the prop as she had been before the pause, and watched pieces of the arms of the parasol shatter. She put it on the ground and went off. When talking with the other hosts, they said she found a friend and then immediately ran off. She just left it on the ground, and it was collected by a friend of the genderbent Neo when he started asking who had his prop. She broke it, people saw her do it, and then she never apologized or even notified the cosplayer that she had broken his prop.
