I'd just like to point out something about her dog, it's not his nails that are the issue, it's his actual legs, they have a deformity and are starting to twist inwardly, usually it happens due to excess bone growth or "bow" legs, it can be caused by trauma to the legs, nutritional deficiency, genetics or bad breeding, if she doesn't take him to a vet and it get something done about them that poor dogs going to end up in a lot of pain eventually, here's a picture of her dogs legs and ill post another picture of another small dogs legs that have a practically identical leg deformity.
