Now days it isn't hard at all to get scouted or hired to work at high end Japanese clubs IF you have a proper visa. They will copy your alien registration card before they allow you to work. Decent Japanese is required for obvious reasons and the clubs that do have foreign girls working there tend to keep it between 2 to 4 girls since most of the customers go to see Japanese girls and likely don't give a shit about foreign girls.

Another reason for hiring foreign girls is they are typically stronger when it comes to drinking so they make good help, tend to be more wild /exciting than Japanese girls, rare occasion that a customer is fond of foreign girls and/or wants to practice English lol

In my second comment I didn't mention foreign clubs just dodgey. So maybe you should read before you get all angry at people. I know the system I've worked legally in Japanese kyabakura on and off. What Im trying to get across is some anons are leading people to believe Japanese clubs will hire you without proper visas etc. which isn't true.. I'd believe that. Many anorexics are obsessed with food, after starving for a while it's not only possible but very likely that they'll binge and overeat because their brain wants to prevent starvation from happening again.

And from another POV, obese people are more likely to hate themselves enough, and to be desperate enough to drastically undereat and overexercise in order to get quicker results. Especially if they've tried traditional diet and exercise and it didn't work as it should've.
