With over 1 million (fake) followers on Instagram, 11k (fake) followers on Twitter, and 10k (fake) subscribers on youtube, her pitiful engagement rate is propped up by bots, engagement pods, and "bob-vageen" foreign men with no idea who she is.
Lillee is best known for abusing copyright strikes to silence her many critics. LJ and her momager, Laur Trueman, have been on a multi-year "anti-bullying" rampage where they ruthlessly mock other people for their age, looks, socioeconomic status, and more, all for the crime of questioning Lillee.
Many dedicated Lillee critics have created callout videos and posts to expose her racist, dishonest, and absurd behavior. However, Lillee and Laur remain convinced that this is all a conspiracy organized by one person out to get her.

Laur has to do most of Lillee's shopping for her. Lillee has no money and even if she saved her pennies, she would never want to shop in a retail store-between the fact she'd need to size up, deal with crowds. A thift store would be even worse for her. I honestly can't tell if Lillee is just fully taking advantage of COVID to be her best version of a Princess in a tower, or if it has enabled her already existing fear of people/social enviroments to get worse. When friends/ family used to visit, they'd love when I took them to Battery Park or on the Circle line. CVS is an all day adventure to these two shut-ins.
I can guarantee you that LJ hasn't ever went into the city without her mom up her ass. The reason the petitioner (landlord) put "John Doe" and "Jane Doe" on the eviction paperwork is because he didn't know the other occupant's names at the time he filed, or he had reason to suspect that the names given to him were fictitious. If he filed using the wrong names, he'd have to file the eviction again with the proper names and the entire process starts again, costing more $$$ and time. By using "John and Jane Doe" for the unknown occupants, he protects himself. He doesn't have a lease/rental agreement with them like he did the Truemans and needed to include them on the eviction paperwork since he had reason to believe they were occupying the premises.
That's a Holdover petition
so this is basically what happened - The Truemans had a lease, and that lease was set to end on August 31st, 2020. Now when a lease ends, the landlord can let the tenants sign a new lease, go month to month without a new agreement, or he can choose not to renew - in which case he'd let them know beforehand (usually 60 days prior to the lease expiring) that he decided to not renew their rental agreement and that the Truemans would have until the end of the contract to move out (August 31st, 2020). Had they actually moved the fuck out (and were current on rent), no eviction would be filed. This is Laur & Lillee were talking about though, so of course they felt wronged and decided to stay. Not to mention they would need to come up with 1st, last, and security deposit, for a new place and that's easily around $10,000. We all know they don't have that money, although they should.
The reason the petition mentions that no money was received from the Truemans after the lease expired is because had he accepted money from them, it could be seen by the court as the landlord choosing to continue business with them on a "month to month" basis and could fuck up the eviction. In other words, they did enough shit to piss the landlord off that he didn't want to continue business with them under any capacity. I've seen cases before where the landlord has accepted partial rent money
after they filed to evict the occupant(s) and the court saw that as a good faith effort to pay the landlord and it essentially nullified the eviction so that the process would have to start all over again.
Paperwork anon - did you see any eviction paperwork with Laur, Lillee, or Earls signature on it? I'm asking because I'm assuming they tried to play "dodge the landlord" when the process server showed up, so after a few attempts they posted the notice on the door. I believe that's why the petition mentions that they aren't aware of the occupant's place of employment, i.e. "we tried to serve them at home and they dodged us and we can't service them at work since we can't find we're they're employed, so we're sticking this shit on the door and calling it a day". Idk how it is now but back in NY in 2011, every time we had to use a process server it was $100.
Most rental agreements, especially the ones in NY, state that the person renting the place can't sublet to another tenant. Usually it's because of liability and the fact that the landlord can't properly screen the tenant if the renter chooses to sublet to another party. Why Laur constantly thinks she can get away with this shit is baffling to me. She's not smart and if the landlord pays attention it would be easy to tell if someone else is living there. For example - another car in the driveway that doesn't belong to the renter is a dead giveaway. I seem to remember a red car always parked in their driveway and it wasn't Laur's. That was the house in question, right?
As for the "Notice of discontinuance" filed 2 weeks after being served, I'm assuming that's because they turned possession of the premises back over to the landlord (read: they got scared shitless and fled). Evictions aren't cheap and neither are lawyers, and considering the Truemans are basically judgement proof (ie: broke and own nothing) he dropped the eviction. I'm guessing the landlord didn't get paid for the extra 2 months that Laur held over the premises. I can't speak for Queens, but I know in Manhattan there's something called "The Tenants Blacklist". Even if you haven't been evicted you can end up on it. It's a shared list between landlords and property management companies and if your names on it, you can kiss renting goodbye.

I'm sure they were pain in the asses too and constantly complained, which is a really stupid thing to do if you're doing illegal shit on the property like they were.
