Although this isn't a case of de-transitioning, this post reminded me of a documentary I watched about Buck Angel. He had some sort of complication relating to his hormone treatment or something that made his ovaries essentially start to die inside of his body and begin to fill with pus. That in itself is horrifying and that's just in the case of someone whose just "regular" FTM.
